Do we have to take the screens out to clean exterior windows?
It does help to take the screens out to clean exterior windows, however if you can't take them out for any reason we can still do our best to clean through the screens. The window washing will definitely be better if they are out. If you place the screens in the backyard the day of your house cleaning appointment we can clean the screens for you.
What equipment do you use to clean the windows?
We use a telescopic water fed pole or we use the traditional scrubber and squeegee.
Do I have to be home when you clean the windows?
No you don't have to be home when we do the window cleaning. If you are busy during the appointment when you get back to your house you can look over the work to make sure you are happy with the workmanship before paying for the service.
Do you guys clean skylights as well?
Yes! Often skylights is included in the the quotes that we do for window washing. We can also clean the back awning glass as well!
Do you guys clean inside / interior windows as well?
Yes! for those who want us to clean inside windows we can do that as well. Be sure to specify that you want some or all of your inside windows cleaned when you request a quote.
